Squash Blossom + Pesto Socca “Pizza”

Don’t let the quote marks around the word ‘pizza’ discourage you — this is rather close to pizza! The dough is unusually thin, but that’s not a downside. After all, thin pizza crusts exist, but this one is even better for one reason: you can make it with your own two hands. Chickpea flour forms the base, and it truly gives it a nice touch.
